Ingredients
J-Lek Plum Sauce

Yuzu Juice
150g
Sugar
350g

Whipping cream
100g
Salt
5g
Diced ripe mango
as desired

as desired
Step-by-Step Directions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and place over low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is slightly warm. Do not let it boil.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into your desired container and freeze for at least 1 day. Scoop and serve with fruits of your choice.
