Sugar
400g
Yuzu Juice
200g
Water

Step-by-Step Directions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool completely.
Step 2
Churn the cooled mixture in an ice cream maker until set. (If no machine is available: freeze the mixture and scrape it with a fork every hour, repeating 3-4 times until it reaches a smooth, slushy consistency.)
Step 3
Transfer to the freezer until fully set. Scoop into bowls to serve and garnish as desired.
